Forget “personal training” as you think you know it.
As a strength and nutrition coach, one of the biggest problems I faced with training clients in a commercial gym (old-school personal training, if you will) was the fact that I only got to see them one-on-one for a couple of half or full hours per week.
Do you know how many hours there are in a week? One hundred and sixty eight, that’s how many. If we work together one-on-one in the big box gym, we’re only getting face time for 1.2% of your week – assuming you can afford training with a coach for two hours each week.
That leaves you to wonder what the heck you should be doing the other 98.8% of the time. This is not a good system to get you the results that you desire and deserve. Enter online training.
What the heck is “online training,” anyway?!
That’s a fair question.

Thanks to a customized training app, you’ll have all your workouts in your pocket. That means you can train no matter where you are in the world, and no matter what your schedule looks like.
Early riser? Good for you! Knock out that sweat session first thing, then get on with your day.
Stuck at work late? No worries. You don’t have to forfeit your session (nor your hard-earned dollars) because your boss kept you late or you got stuck in traffic on the way to meet me at the gym. You are free to workout on your schedule, not mine. Gone, too, are the days of competing for the coveted 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. training slots.
You want to know the best part? Online training is a heck of a lot more affordable than traditional personal training!
Get this. To work with a good strength coach who actually knows what they’re talking about (not some college kid looking to pay his/her way through school with a part-time training gig and a weekend certification course), you’re looking at dropping anywhere from $60-100 per hour. Since most people need to train 3-5 times per week, you could spend anywhere from $720 up to $2,000 each month to work with a good trainer in person.
I don’t know about you, but I don’t have that kind of money to throw around. Now, you don’t have to.
Online coaching is much more affordable than traditional personal training because you’re no longer stuck paying by the hour. You get a complete coaching program (3-5 workouts per week) for one fixed cost – at a much more manageable price point.
Not just “training,” but nutrition, too.
Here’s the other big issue with traditional personal training: most trainers don’t know jack about nutrition, and even if they do, they don’t have time to work on your diet with you while they’re pounding you into the ground during your sessions. The session is for training. Want nutritional support in the old-school model? You’ll have to pay extra for that.
Not so with online coaching. All of my training plans include nutrition, too. The old saying, “you can’t out train a bad diet” is cliche, but true. I would be doing you a disservice by not addressing your nutrition plan. You will get a custom nutrition plan that supports your workouts so you get to your goals that much faster.

Who is the online coaching program for?
The program is open to busy men and women ages 25-55 who are willing to put in the work and experience new levels of strength, performance, energy, kickin’ ass and lookin’ good.
You should have a basic understanding of exercises like squats, lunges, hinges, push ups, presses, and puling movements. The exclusive coaching app contains video demos of each exercise in your program, but some familiarity with the exercises will help you. This program is not for 100% beginners.
You should have access to a gym, or own some weightlifting equipment you can use at home. I will design your program based on what you have access to, but it will be a lot more fun (variety-wise) and effective (strength-wise) if you have free weights like dumbbells, barbells, and/or kettle bells to play with.
Who is the online coaching program NOT for?
You must be willing to make the changes necessary to see results. If you’re open to my coaching suggestions and willing to put in the work, I can help you improve your strength, conditioning, athletic performance, and body composition. If you’re not willing to do the work, well, I’m sorry, but I can’t do it for you. No excuses.
