Hi, I’m Katie Prendergast, and I can help you achieve your health, fitness, and performance goals so that you become your best self.

I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Trainer, Precision Nutrition (PN-1) coach, and CrossFit athlete.

I’ve helped dozens of clients of all ages and abilities get stronger, fitter, and leaner in the gym. But my real passion is helping busy young professionals look and feel like athletes!

If you’re not lucky enough to live in the city of craft beer and 300+ days of sunshine, that’s a shame. But I can still help you reach your fitness goals, no matter where you live. KPxFitness athletes hail from all over the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The only requirement is the burning desire to take your fitness to the next level and basic English language skills (alas, I’m not bilingual, unless you count being able to order a beer in virtually any country I’ve traveled).
